Wooden model of church Algaras

Älgarĺs church is the oldest medieval wooden church in the Västergötland region in Sweden. The church is one of the few remaining mediaeval wooden churches with a rich interior, paintings from the 18th century and many mediaeval inventories. Some of the older church furniture, a baptismal font, a Maria Box, a triumphal crucifix and a wooden bell with runic writing have been dated to the first half of 13th century.
